Arán - meaning bread in Irish - is all about simple and good. Our fresh bread, made daily, is made with just four ingredients -flour, salt, water and natural leaven or a fresh yeast culture - and stone baked in our special bread oven.
We offer an all-day brunch. Our menu changes regularly depending on seasonal availability. This allows us to offer imaginative variations of many of the most popular breakfast and brunch dishes, along with stalwarts such as soup of the day. There are irresistible cakes and pastries too, and natural wines (including bubbly) to give your meal a lift. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
Our menu showcases the best of local produce from Kilkenny and nearby counties, including locally grown stoneground flour from The Little Mill in Bennettsbridge, Goatsbridge trout, Dizzy Farm wild pig sausage, and wild Kilkenny mushrooms.
