Brunch Bookings Terms and Conditions
- Brunch Bookings: Walk Ins are primarily accepted for tables of under 4 people. Bookings are taken for tables of 4+, or if seating is required in our dog friendly area.
- Table Time Limit: You will have the table for 75 minutes from the time of booking.
- Split Payments: Split Payments of the bill are accepted for groups of up to 4 people only.
- Booking Deposits: Larger groups are required to pay a deposit of €10 per person.
- Cancellations of Larger Groups: In the event that the reservation is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 24 hours notice or you are late by more than 10 minutes, a the fee of €10 per person will be retained by us as a a cancellation fee.
- ANY GROUP OF FIVE PEOPLE OR MORE MUST GIVE 7-DAYS NOTICE FOR ANY CHANGES TO A RESERVATION OR A CANCELLATION WITHOUT CHARGE.
- Family Bookings: Families are welcome here at Arán. Please let us know in advance if you require a high chair or space for a buggy.
- Dietary Requirements: It is vital to let us know in advance if you or your guests have any dietary requirements, allergies or restrictions. Without prior notice we cannot guarantee to offer suitable options. This information must be provided upon booking.
- Allergens: Everything from our bakery and kitchen is made on premises and cross-contamination with other allergens may occur. We aim to ensure the highest level of hygiene standards, as well as complicity with current legislation. However, as we are a small kitchen we cannot guarantee that dishes will not contain traces of allergens.
- Adjusting Reservation: If you need to adjust your reservation, this will always be subject to availability.
- Arriving on Time: We ask you to please adhere to your allocated time slot, we thank you for arriving promptly and vacating at the required time. If you are running late, we will hold your table for 10 minutes from your reservation time. For a larger group, if we have taken a deposit we will retain a cancellation fee of €10 per person.

- Dinner Booking Deposits: In order to secure a reservation, you are required to provide your credit or debit card card details.
